Hello, I am Bobbie Donaldson, a licensed Real Estate Professional and Mortgage Broker based in Tampa, Florida. After spending over 25 years in the Residential Lending industry, I accomplished my lifelong goal of a career in Real Estate. As a lender, I have worked with first-time home buyers needing down payment assistance to the very complicated self-employed borrowers. I understand and appreciate both sides of the transaction. As a result, I learned the importance of paying attention to the details in my customers' needs and communicating effectively throughout the entire lending process. Originally from from Boothbay Harbor, Maine, when I was nine years old, my family relocated to a 40-acre horse ranch in Ocala. As a young adult, I explored Reno, Nevada for 3 years, but have called Tampa home for over 20 years. My husband, David, and I have a large, beautiful blended family with two granddaughters, and feel so much joy exploring with them all that the Tampa Bay area has to offer.

My hobbies include kayaking, hiking, boating, decorating, yoga, and Pilates. My husband and I enjoy cooking dinners together and entertaining friends and family. I am enthusiastic about volunteering and being an active member of our Tampa Bay community. I currently serve on the Board of the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, where I have been an active member for more than 10 years.
